It’s impossible, but in just over three weeks I’ll be back in school. Soon I’ll be writing research papers rather than working on my book, and doing homework rather than reading.
While it stinks, I think that this may be the best school year yet. Why? Well, first off, it’s my last year of high school. That in itself leads to an awesome year.
Also, I don’t have to take a science class. Physics, Chem, and Bio are all out of my way and now I get to sit back, relax, and enjoy pre-calc and AP Spanish.
While it most likely won’t be easy-nothing really is anymore-I’m glad that I get to start a new season.
One of the things I like most about school is the schedule. No, I don’t like waking up at 5:30 in the morning, but I do like getting home at 2:30. I get the rest of the afternoon as a scheduled writing time if I don’t have any homework.
Having that scheduled time is an awesome thing.
So, yes, summer is ending. But, I’m ready for this humid weather to become a thing of the past as we move deep into fall.
Also, I’m thinking a book of mine may be published in the next month or so…
